Boundless Kids began with a simple truth - none of us get to where we are alone.
Throughout my life, there have been people who reached their hand down, lifted me up, and helped me see something greater in myself. That kind of belief changes you. It stays with you. And it’s the reason Boundless Kids exists - to pass that same belief forward.
Every child deserves to know that someone is in their corner. Someone who sees their potential even when they can’t. Someone who will cheer them on, celebrate their wins, and - when needed - tell them the hard truths that help them grow.
At Boundless Kids, we help young people realize that they are the authors of their own story. They don’t have to be defined by their environment, their past, or their circumstances. They can create something new - something bigger, more meaningful, and filled with purpose.
And while we coach, mentor, and guide - we also walk beside them. Through the lowest lows and the highest highs, we remind them they are never alone. They have a friend, a believer, and a team that’s committed to helping them uncover the potential that’s already within.
Because once a child discovers what’s inside them, there’s no limit to how far they can go. That’s what it means to be Boundless.
- Boundless Kids Founder, Katherine Bailey
We believe that when a child learns how to think differently, set meaningful goals, and take disciplined action, they don’t just change their current season — they change the entire trajectory of their life.
At Boundless Kids, we don’t just hand kids quick solutions - we teach them how to think, plan, and take ownership of their future. We work at the root, shifting the way kids see themselves and their circumstances. We help them recognize opportunities where they once saw obstacles. That mindset shift is what fuels everything else.
Katherine, Founder of Boundless Kids, sees unlimited potential in every young person. She believes that when kids are given the right tools—goal-setting, accountability, self-discipline, and a growth mindset—they can create a life filled with purpose and pride.
With nearly a decade of experience as a business coach, Katherine has helped adults set goals and stay accountable. She recognized that the same skills that transform businesses can also transform young lives if taught early.
She is most inspired when kids realize they are capable of more than they imagined—shifting from “I can’t” to “How can I?” fuels her every day.
