Use

Boundless Kids may use member testimonials, photos and logos in Boundless Kids communication and marketing materials. You may request to discontinue the use of information at anytime.

Waiver

By signing up, I hereby fully release and discharge BoundlessKids.org along with any affiliated individual, its agents, officers, representatives, employees and volunteers from any rights, claims, actions, and liabilities arising from my child’s participation at any level in any BoundlessKids.org program or with any BoundlessKids.org representative. This release and waiver include any loss or harm arising from injury of any sort of nature, including physical or mental injury or disability. The approving party acknowledges they have read the terms of this release and fully agree with its contents and the significance of the same and agrees to assume full responsibility for any all injury, damages or loss resulting from participation in any BoundlessKids.org program. In consideration for being permitted to participate in any BoundlessKids.org program the approving party on his or her behalf, and on the behalf of his or her personal representatives, heirs, next of kin, successors and assigns agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless BoundlessKids.org along with any affiliated individual, its agents, officers, representatives, employees and volunteers against any and all claims of any nature, including all costs, expenses and attorneys’ fees which in any manner result from the approving party’s or their affiliates actions. Additionally, I grant permission to use photographs, images, testimonials, videos of my minor child for promotion or education purposes related to programs regarding BoundlessKids.org.
